Instant Konjac glucomannan pasta recipes

1 lb Konjac glucomannan pasta
2 tb Vegetable oil
3 tb Cold water
1 tb Vinegar
1 tb Soy sauce
1 L/2 Cups cut-up cooked chicken
1/2 c Red bell pepper strips, cut in half
1/2 c Bite-size pieces fresh Chinese pea pods
1 cn (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained

Drain and rinse konjac pasta with cold water, stir vinegar, soy sauce into water oil mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients before tossing with Parmesan Cheese.
